The manufacturing plant at Wapenveld ensures carefully following a nut-free and sesame-free policy. The production unit excellently enforces special handling and cleaning based instruction to prevent any form of cross-contamination with nut-products. With concern to other allergens like milk, wheat and soy, the huge risk of contamination is decreased through planning-sequence, strict cleaning based procedures and various other appropriate measures. Our product development department has complete understanding, which is required for development of allergen-free products in accordance with customers specifications.

Risk Assessment

As a part of the quality policy of company, all processes have been excellently reviewed and critical control points are carefully determined. Based on CCPs, product safety based procedures along with control measures have been excellently formed, e.g. on pathogens, contaminants and foreign bodies, such as, insects, metal, stones, wires, ropes, glass, ropes, hair, paper, thread and plastic. All of these impurities are controlled with support of our Quality Control Team. We select right raw materials and avoid all types contamination. 

We carefully check and also validate processes on a continuous basis, in excellent co-operation with Bureau Veritas Certification & FSSAI.

Raw Materials And Contaminants

Raw materials, finished products along with packaging materials are made sure to be always sampled and tested upon arrival (Positive release) in Factory While Process. In case of rejections or deviations (Limited approval), suppliers are instantly informed and it is made sure that corrective actions are demanded or requested. 

Our company boasts of having a highly extensive contaminants monitoring program for herbs, raw material spices and various other dehydrated ingredients, which are tested carefully by ISO 22000 accredited external lab parties. Genetic Modified Organisms (GMOs)

It is our policy to not purchase any type of raw material or finished food that may be processed from GMOs. In case of soya products, corn and derivates, suppliers needs to demonstrate that all these sources are completely non-GMO through well maintaining an IP (Identity Preserved) documented system.

Tracking & Tracing
